Acquisition Criteria
Magnus Oak Capital looks to acquire and actively manage businesses that generate between $5 to $50 million in revenue and $1 to $5 million in pre-tax net owner earnings (salary + net income). Primary geographic focus is in the Southwest.

Austin Werner and Gabriel Zamora are accomplished financial and strategic leaders with over 40 years of combined experience across investment, commercial banking, strategy consulting, financial services and energy industries. We are exceptionally well suited to acquire and run successfully private companies.
